Our buildings are made of 100% Eco-Green materials and cost effective, fully recycle with very low maintenance.
Short fabrication period of time, and rapid assembly on-site with minimum waist.
The skill labors are not necessary to assemble our building. Our Buildings are designed with minimum amount of components, meaning that two-bedroom house can be assembled with 4-6 labors without heavy equipment in four weeks.
Fabricated and shipped worldwide by container.
Live span of our buildings are higher then conventional stick-build buildings. Rust free and wood-bug free.
Our building structure and materials are comply with the ASTM (American Standard Testing Materials).

Our buildings fabrication and assembly are comply with:
International building code [IBC] – Structural.
International energy Conservation code [IECC] – Insulation.
ASTM / Intertek / SGS – Components, mechanisms, wall panels, windows and the roof.

EXALUMA was established in the year 2023, and design and development since 2019, from our past project experiences during the 2008 housing market crisis to handle new modular structural designs and pre-fabricated homes, warehousing, dormitories, resorts, apartment units and commercial building solutions.
